Please let us know if you would like someone to accompany you during an examination or if you require a room to discuss private matters. You may choose to have a friend or relative present or ask the practice to provide a chaperone.
Please ask in advance if possible so we can arrange this for you. The doctor or nurse may ask a colleague to chaperone if necessary during the consultation.
