Tell us about your problem and request medical advice, or ask an administrative question and we’ll usually respond on the same day, if the request is submitted before 2pm on our usual practice working days. PLEASE DO NOT SEND REPEAT PRESCRIPTION REQUESTS VIA ONLINE CONSULTATIONS. You can request for repeat prescriptions via Patient Access (you will need to complete a form to access this service) please click here

You can now contact the surgery online to tell us all about your medical problem or ask an admin question. Completing an Engage Consult questionnaire allows us to quickly and safely decide on the best way to help you or an adult in your care. Watch this short film to see how it works.

Our Engage Consult Same Day Opening Hours are: Monday to Friday midnight to 2pm.

If you send us a request within our Engage Consult Opening Hours you will hear back from us on the same day.

If you send your request outside of these hours, you will hear back from us within 48 hours Monday to Friday.

Engage should not be used for any symptom or concern that the patient views as an emergency, including a worsening infection.

The GP may ask you to send a photograph to help them assess your medical condition. You can also upload photographs in Engage Online Consultations. Please do not send any intimate images or photos of children which could potentially be considered as indecent. Please note any digital image submitted as part of an online consultation, will be stored within your clinical notes.
